Consider the following resources in development of your personal wellness plan:
- Maintain your health
- Utilizing the campus Health Center
- Include health habits in your day, including visits to the Recreation and Athletics Center or consulting with a H.E.R.O.E.S peer educator
- Take advantage of the UC Merced Pantry
- Speak with a counselor at campus Counseling and Psychological Services
- Engage in your UC Merced experience – involvement on-campus supports physical and psychological wellness
- Volunteer! Support your community through the various Civic Leadership opportunities offered through the Office of Student Life
- Join a campus club or organization
- Establish or enhance your support system. Varied forms of interaction with different types of people are important to your success!
- Reach out to fellow students – a classmate, lab partner or peer educator
- Find support in others like (or different!) than you. Expand your network beyond yourself by connecting with campus and community groups
