Advising Offices

Academic advising is a team effort; your advisor will provide the support and information you need to make decisions about your education. Academic advisors care about you as a whole person, and are here to guide you, to listen and to motivate you when you need some extra encouragement. It is your responsibility as a UC Merced student to read and understand the UC Merced General Catalog, and to know and fulfill the requirements for graduation.

Advising is provided by each of the academic schools and the Calvin E. Bright Success Center. You will want to connect with the academic advisor responsible for the major in which you intend to pursue.
